Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Opt Out policies vary based upon the location of the original point of service, the service area, and the type of vehicles used. Full fare, including gratuities, will be charged for all late cancellations that are within 24 hours of service.

Cancellation of Jet Sprinters and vehicles over 10 passengers requires a 72 hour notice prior to the time of reservation.

International Cancellation
Requires a 72 hours notice prior to the time of reservation.

No Show
A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within one hour of an airport s (time starts when the plane lands), or within thirty minutes at all other pickup locations. Full fare, including gratuities, will be charged for all "No Shows."
Smoking Charge
A minimum of $450 smoking fee will be charged for all Sedans and Suv’s and a $750 smoking fee for Sprinters and other vehicles with a capacity between 10 and 56 passengers. Please note the fee may be modified at the operators discretion.
